1. Arrival Window & Locked Doors

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled session to ground into the space. For safety, energetic containment, and respect for all participants, studio doors lock promptly at class start time. Late arrivals cannot be admitted once the door is locked, and that session credit will be forfeited.

 

2. Sanctuary Etiquette & Digital Detoxing

• Non Shoes Policy: Outdoor shoes must be removed upon entry and placed in designated cubby areas. Socks must be worn at all times

• Low-Stimulation Space: Voices are kept softened throughout the lobby and practice studio space.

• Device Policy: Cell phones, smart watches, and noisy personal devices must be fully silenced or placed on "Do Not Disturb" before entering the practice sanctuary. Photography or recording during live classes is strictly prohibited without explicit instructor permission.

 

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Group Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive class credit back to your account. Cancellations within the 12-hour window or failure to attend forfeit the credit.

• Special Workshops & Immersions: Guest immersions, private sessions, and multi-hour workshops require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation.

• Refunds: All class passes, single sessions, and workshop purchases are final sale.

 

4. Expirations & Transfers

Single class passes and multi-class packs carry stated expiration dates from the purchase date and cannot be indefinitely extended, shared, or transferred between clients.

 

5. Youth & Family Programs

• Guardians must sign minor participants in and out at the studio boundary for drop-off youth sessions.

• Children not registered in an active youth session may not be left unattended on-premises during adult classes.

• A Florida Statutory Minor Waiver signed by a legal guardian is mandatory before any minor attends.

 

6. Personal Property

While storage cubbies are provided, MaMaitri LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or valuables left on studio premises.
