If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

 

2. Nature of Services & Educational Disclaimer

All content, programs, virtual containers (including The Sovereign Sanctum and The Sunrise Collective), and mentorship provided by MaMaitri LLC are strictly educational, informational, and transformational in nature.

Services provided do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or licensed therapeutic advice, nor are they intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental or physical health condition.

3. Membership Terms, Founding Rates & Billing

• Founding Rate Lock-In: Founding members who join the October 5th cohort secure a lifetime recurring rate of $44/month, provided their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

• Regular Pricing: The regular membership investment of $66/month applies to all subscriptions initiated on or after Monday, October 12th.

• Billing & Renewal: Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis via secure payment processors.

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancel Anytime: Your membership to The Sovereign Sanctum is billed on a flexible monthly recurring basis with no long-term lock-in contracts required.

• Cancellation Process: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your member portal or by reaching out via email prior to your next billing date. Upon cancellation, your access remains active through the remainder of your current paid monthly billing cycle, after which your subscription will not renew.

• Strictly Non-Refundable: Due to the immediate access granted to digital frameworks, community containers, and live session links, all payments—including monthly subscription fees and founding cohort rates—are strictly non-refundable, and no partial refunds or credits are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

 

5. Privacy & Data Protection Policy

All personal information, intake responses, and contact details collected via your application and onboarding forms are treated with strict confidentiality. MaMaitri LLC will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, using your details exclusively for community access (such as WhatsApp and portal setups) and direct communication regarding your membership.

 

6. Code of Conduct & Container Safety Policy

The Sovereign Sanctum is cultivated as a sacred, brave space grounded in mutual respect, radical confidentiality, and zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or unsolicited solicitation. Breaching these community standards results in immediate revocation of membership and container access without refund.

 

7. Intellectual Property & Content Usage Policy

All proprietary frameworks, workbooks, audio recordings, live session links, PDFs (including The Infradian Flow Blueprint), and foundational pillars (Sōma, Psychē, Harmonia, Roē) remain the exclusive intellectual property of MaMaitri LLC and Alex Loupatatzi Mallia. Members agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or repurpose container materials outside of the sacred container without explicit written consent.

 

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaMaitri LLC, its founder, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any connection with your participation in our programs, use of our website, or reliance on any provided educational materials.
