About the event
This half day retreat and workshop is a great way to experience first hand some Ayurvedic strategies for transition, nourishing seasonal food choices and ending with a delicious homecooked meal together, as well as a workshop on overcoming our deep seated mother & father wounds with some first hand inner child healing work!
2-2:30pm Gather & Mingle
2:30-4:00pm Immersion Flow (breathwork, movement, guided meditation & energy healing with guest sound healer Denise)
4-4:30pm Tea & Snack
4:30-5:30pm Workshop on healing inner mother & father wounds #innerchildhealing by myself and MaMaitri Mission Experts; Mariana Halperine & Lizzie Gonzalez
5:30-6:30pm Prepping for the Summer Season; a talk by myself and our MaMaitri Mission Expert Ayurvedic Practitioner Liliana + cooking class & dinner
6:30-7pm Tarot Card Readings, mingle & shop
