1. Voluntary Participation & Acknowledgment of Educational Scope
I, the undersigned, voluntarily choose to enroll in The Sovereign Sanctum and participate in all virtual circles, somatic movement practices, breathwork sessions, and educational modules offered by MaMaitri LLC and Alex Loupatatzi Mallia. I understand and acknowledge that all services, frameworks, and containers are strictly educational, informational, and transformational in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or licensed therapeutic care, nor are they intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition.

2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that somatic movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation practices involve physical exertion and emotional release. I voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with participating in these activities. I certify that I am physically, emotionally, and mentally fit to participate in these practices. If I am pregnant, postpartum, or managing a chronic physical or psychological health condition, I confirm that I have consulted with a qualified healthcare professional prior to participation.

3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and forever discharge MaMaitri LLC, its founder Alex Loupatatzi Mallia, and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of personal injury, emotional distress, illness, or property damage sustained during or as a result of my participation in The Sovereign Sanctum.

4. Confidentiality & Code of Conduct
I agree to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all personal shares, stories, and identities of fellow members disclosed within The Sovereign Sanctum and its associated communication channels (WhatsApp, Zoom, community portals). I understand that breach of confidentiality or failure to adhere to community safety standards may result in immediate removal from the container without refund.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
I acknowledge and agree that enrollment in The Sovereign Sanctum operates on a flexible, month-to-month subscription basis that may be cancelled at any time through my member portal or via email prior to my next billing cycle. I understand that upon cancellation, my access remains active through the end of my current paid billing period with no further renewals. Furthermore, due to the immediate digital access granted to frameworks, community containers, and live session links, all payments—including monthly subscription fees and founding cohort rates—are strictly non-refundable, and no partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
